A normal workday, with AI helping.
Pick a role and watch the day's work move. AI does the first draft, a person checks it, and the finished work lands where it belongs. Turn the assistant off to see the same day done by hand.
Select any step to see what happens there. Sample tasks and times; your real numbers come from the assessment.
Today's activity
What it looks like at a desk.
Usually it's a tool you already pay for, like Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, set up with your company's documents and rules.
- Replies drafted in your voice. A person reads and sends.
- Meetings turned into notes and to-do lists before you're back at your desk.
- Plain-English questions answered from your own spreadsheets and files.
- Business plans where your data stays private, with a simple policy for what goes in.
How I help.
Hire me for one piece or the whole path. You work with me directly, and I explain everything in plain English.
Workflow review
I sit with your team, map a typical week, and find the hours lost to copying, retyping, chasing and searching. You get a clear list of what AI should help with first.
AI tools for the whole team
The right assistant for your company, set up with sign-in, permissions, your documents and a simple usage policy, so everyone can use it safely from day one.
Training that sticks
Hands-on sessions using your team's real emails, documents and spreadsheets, not generic demos. People leave with things they'll use tomorrow.
Custom assistants
Assistants that know your handbook, price list, policies and past answers, so staff get the right answer in seconds instead of asking around.
Connected automations
Hand-offs between your apps done automatically: a form becomes a spreadsheet row, an invoice becomes an entry, a new hire gets their checklist.
Ongoing support
A fractional AI lead on retainer, for new questions, new tools and new teams, run by someone with 25 years of technical program management.
From first call to every desk.
Each step ends with something you keep, so you can stop at any point and still have the value.

Support
A go-to person for questions, plus check-ins as your team finds new uses.
Questions owners ask me.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. The goal is to take the copying, retyping and chasing off their plates so they spend their day on customers and decisions. Every setup I build keeps a person reviewing what AI drafts.
Is our company data safe?
I set up business versions of these tools, where your data isn't used to train public models, connect them through your company sign-in, and write a one-page policy for what can and can't go in.
Do we need to buy new software?
Often not. If you already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, AI may be one setting away. I'll tell you what you have before recommending anything new.
Does my team need to be technical?
No. If they can write an email, they can use this. Training is built on their own work, in plain English.
How soon will we see a difference?
The pilot runs two to four weeks on one real workflow, and we measure the time saved against how it was done before.
I'm Anthony.
I've spent 25 years as a technical program manager, systems administrator and network administrator, making technology work for the people who use it. I'm an AI Certified Associate, and I specialize in how work flows through a business.
I set up AI the way I've always set up systems: safe first, simple to use, and built around how your people actually work. No jargon, and you deal with me directly from the first call to the last check-in.
